Allyson Felix
Allyson Nicole Felix was born on November 18 on the 18th of November in Los Angeles. Paul Felix, her father was a pastor ordained of Master's Seminary Sun Valley. Marlean Felix worked at Balboa Magnet Elementary School. Felix demonstrated a talent for athletics from the beginning, as she discovered her athletic abilities when she attended the Los Angeles Baptist High School. In only 10 weeks following her first attempt, Felix came in second place in the 200-meter race at the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship. Felix had graduated high school in 2003 signed the sports contract with Adidas. After that, she enrolled at in the University of Southern California and completed her studies in elementary education. Felix's first Olympic medal was won at the 2004 Summer Olympics at Athens Greece. Felix set the record of world juniors for sprinting 200 meters in 22.18 secs. In 2005, at the Helsinki World Championships, Felix was the youngest world champion in the 200-meter race. She defended the title at the 2007 World Championships, beating her Jamaican competitor Veronica Campbell. Felix placed consistently among the top 3 athletes throughout her events in the Olympics that took place during Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo.
